2002, finished Georgian Technical University, the faculty of Jurisprudence.
1997-1998, was the chairman of Citizens' Youth Union of Georgian Regional Department.
1998-1999, director of "Kldekari" Television Company.
1999-2000, head of Rustavi State Department of Youths' Affairs.
2000-2002, director of "Communication and Information Municipal Centre" Ltd.
2002-2004, secretary of Rustavi City Council.
2004-2008, the chairman of Rustavi City Council.
Since May 27, 2008, the city mayor.

He has a wife and two children.
