The letter of intent was signed in city Gdynia between the mayor of city Rustavi, Mamuka Chikovani and the mayor of city Gdynia, Wojciech Szczurek in March 29, 2010. The document included various spheres of public life, among others: culture, education and youth, nongovernmental sector, business and innovation, health care and social welfare, tourism and sport, media.
